Department of Environment and Geography - Environmental Science
Honours
Honours is an intensive 1 year (full-time) or 2-year (part-time) program that is stressful and challenging, but extremely rewarding. It is a year of research training where students develop skills that are far more advanced can be taught in 300-level units. These skills may be in field data collection, laboratory analysis, data analysis or computer modelling. These are the skills employers seek in employees and students with good Honours degrees are very rarely unemployed.
